Dawoofie Meta App Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy explains how Dawoofie handles information in connection with its Meta business application, referred to on this page as the Dawoofie Meta App. The app is used to manage Dawoofie's advertising, business assets, catalogs, reporting, and related operations on Meta platforms.

Information we may receive

When an authorized business user connects or uses the app, Meta may provide information permitted by that user's account, role, and granted permissions. This may include:

• Business, ad account, Page, Instagram account, catalog, dataset, and pixel identifiers.
• Campaign, ad set, ad, creative, audience configuration, and delivery information.
• Advertising performance and reporting data.
• Basic account or authorization information needed to authenticate an approved business user.
• Technical logs used for security, diagnostics, and troubleshooting.

The app is intended for authorized Dawoofie business operations. It is not designed as a consumer-facing social application and does not intentionally request personal profile information beyond what is needed for authorized business use.

How we use information

We use information to create and manage advertising, administer connected business assets, review campaign performance, maintain catalogs and product advertising, troubleshoot access, prevent misuse, and comply with applicable legal obligations.

How information is shared

Dawoofie does not sell or rent personal information received through the app. Information may be processed by Meta, Shopify, hosting, security, analytics, or infrastructure providers when necessary to operate the app and Dawoofie's business. Information may also be disclosed when required by law or to protect rights, security, and platform integrity.

Storage, security, and retention

We use reasonable administrative and technical safeguards to protect app credentials and information. Access is limited to authorized business operators and service providers. Information is retained only for as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes described above, security, dispute resolution, or legal compliance. Access tokens are revoked or deleted when they are no longer required.

Your choices and deletion requests
