Dawoofie Meta App Data Deletion

This page explains how an authorized user can request deletion of information associated with the Dawoofie Meta App.

Remove the app from Meta

1. Sign in to the Facebook account that authorized the app.
2. Open Facebook Settings and privacy, then select Settings.
3. Open Apps and websites.
4. Find the Dawoofie app and select Remove.
5. Follow Meta's prompts to confirm removal.

Removing the app ends its future access through that authorization. Meta may retain information under its own policies.

Request deletion from Dawoofie

1. Visit the Dawoofie contact page.
2. Use the subject or opening line "Dawoofie Meta App Data Deletion Request."
3. Provide the name and email address associated with the request. If available, include the relevant Meta user ID or Business Account ID. Do not send your password, access token, app secret, payment details, or verification code.
4. Describe the app-related information you want deleted.

We may ask for limited additional information to verify that the requester is authorized to make the request. After verification, Dawoofie will delete or de-identify app-related information that it controls, unless retention is reasonably required for security, fraud prevention, dispute resolution, or legal compliance. We will confirm when the request has been processed.

What this request covers

This process covers information controlled by Dawoofie through the Dawoofie Meta App. It does not delete information controlled independently by Meta, Shopify, or other platforms. Requests concerning those services should also be submitted through their respective privacy tools.
