Our approach to accessibility

Dawoofie wants our online store to be usable by as many people as possible, including people who use assistive technologies. We are working to identify and improve accessibility barriers as the store develops.

What we are working on

Our ongoing work includes reviewing:

• Keyboard access and visible focus
• Headings, labels, links, and form instructions
• Alternative text for meaningful images
• Text readability and color contrast
• Page behavior at different screen sizes and zoom levels

Accessibility is an ongoing process. This statement is not a claim that every page or third-party service is fully conformant with a particular standard.

Report a barrier or request help

If you have difficulty using the site or accessing product or order information, please use our contact form. In your message, include:

• The page address or feature involved
• A short description of the problem
• The device, browser, or assistive technology you were using, if you are comfortable sharing it
• The information or task you need help with

We will use the information to review the issue and, where reasonably possible, provide the requested information or an alternative way to complete the task.

Third-party services

Some store functions, such as checkout, payment, shipment tracking, or embedded services, may be provided by third parties. Their accessibility can be partly outside our control, but we welcome reports about barriers encountered while using them through our store.
