Overview

This website is operated by RAYX RETAIL LLC, doing business as Dawoofie ("Dawoofie," "we," "us," or "our"). By visiting the site or placing an order, you agree to these Terms of Service and to the policies they refer to: our Refund Policy, Shipping Policy, and Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.

Made-to-order products

Dawoofie printed apparel is made after an order is placed. Each item is produced for the customer who ordered it. This is why changes, cancellations, returns, and exchanges are limited as described in our Refund Policy.

Orders and acceptance

Your order is an offer to buy. The order confirmation email confirms that we received it and does not by itself mean the order is accepted. An order is accepted when it enters production. You can change or cancel an order within 6 hours of placing it. After that it is sent to production and can no longer be changed.

Prices and errors

Prices are shown in the currency displayed at checkout and can change without notice. Shipping charges and any applicable taxes are shown before payment. If a product is listed with an incorrect price or incorrect information because of an error, we may cancel the order and refund the full amount paid, even after the order has been confirmed.

Our right to refuse or cancel orders

We may refuse or cancel an order at our discretion, for example when we suspect fraud or unauthorized payment, when a product or price was listed in error, when the address cannot be delivered to, or when an order appears to be placed by a reseller without our agreement. If we cancel an order that has been paid for, we refund the amount paid to the original payment method.

Promotions and discounts

Promo codes must be entered at checkout before payment and cannot be added to an order after checkout is complete. Unless stated otherwise, one promo code can be used per order. Codes have no cash value, may have an end date or other conditions, and may be withdrawn at any time.

Shipping, delivery, and addresses

Delivery times are estimates, not guarantees. You are responsible for entering a complete and deliverable shipping address. We are not responsible for delays, lost packages, or additional charges that result from an incorrect or incomplete address. What we do when a package is delayed, lost, delivered to the wrong address, or returned to sender is set out in our Shipping Policy and Refund Policy.

Product color and appearance

We aim to show products as clearly as possible, but screen settings affect how colors appear. Because each item is produced individually, small variations in color, print placement, and garment finish are normal for made-to-order printed apparel and are not defects.

Intellectual property

The Dawoofie name, logo, artwork, graphics, product designs, photographs, and text on this site belong to Dawoofie or its licensors. You may not copy, reproduce, sell, or use them for commercial purposes without our written permission.

Accuracy of information

We work to keep the site accurate and up to date, but it may at times contain errors or outdated information. We may correct errors and update information at any time without prior notice.

Disclaimer and limitation of liability

The site and products are provided "as is" and "as available," except as stated in our policies. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Dawoofie is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the site or products, and our total liability for any claim related to an order is limited to the amount you paid for that order. Nothing in these terms limits rights that cannot be limited under applicable law.

Events outside our control

We are not responsible for delays or failures caused by events beyond our reasonable control, such as natural disasters, strikes, or carrier disruptions. We will notify affected customers when such an event occurs.

Governing law

These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of the State of Colorado, United States, without regard to its conflict of law rules.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The current version is always posted on this page with the date it was last updated. Continuing to use the site after a change means you accept the updated terms.
