To help us review your request, include:

• Your order number
• The name used on the order
• A clear description of what you need
• Photos of the item and packaging if it arrived damaged, misprinted, or incorrect

Please do not include passwords, complete payment card numbers, or other sensitive financial information.

Before sending a message

• For a damaged, defective, misprinted, or incorrect item, contact us within 30 days after delivery and keep the item and packaging.
• Do not mail a return unless we first provide return instructions.
