Worn, not posed
Relaxed, not baggy
The washed tee runs roomy with a straight fall. The soft tee keeps a classic fit. Both are true to size.

The German Shorthaired Pointer was developed in Germany in the 1800s as an all-purpose hunting dog, one breed that could point, track and retrieve on land and in water. The American Kennel Club recognized it in 1930. A pointer finds a bird by scent and then freezes, one front paw up, to show the hunter where it is. Ask any GSP owner and they will tell you that frozen point is the only time the dog is ever still. The rest of the day is speed, sniffing and a polite but firm request for a longer walk.
Our GSP catalogue leans more toward the outdoors than slapstick, so this collection is the dry-wit shelf: all original illustrations with a joke you get on the second look. The walk: "A Little Farther," a GSP climbing stairs built out of the words, "Take the Slow Line," worn by the least slow dog alive, "Measure the Leap," "The Road Is a Suggestion" and "Leave No Map." The point: "Skip the Obvious," "No Need to Chase," "Take the Long Look," which is a long stare from a shorthaired dog, and "Quiet Is a Strategy." The rare stillness: "Here Comes Quiet," a worn-out GSP finally draped over the furniture. The rest: "The Ordinary Is Wild," where a grocery list turns into an expedition, and "There Is More," because one pointer always leads to two. And the art history wing, with a GSP in The Scream, The Starry Night, the Mona Lisa, Girl with a Pearl Earring, The Birth of Venus, The Creation of Adam, Uncle Sam and Dogs Playing Poker.

FAQ
Are these GSP shirts unisex?
Yes. The Washed Tee is a unisex relaxed straight cut and true to size; for a closer fit, size down one. See the size guide.
Why does a German Shorthaired Pointer lift one paw?
That is the point. When a GSP catches the scent of a bird, it freezes with one front paw raised and its nose and tail in line, showing the hunter where the bird is. Many pet GSPs do it at squirrels and at the back door.
Is there a deal on more than one tee?
Yes. 2 or more tees ship free in the US, and 3 or more tees get 15% off automatically at checkout.
